Mission

Hi, I’m Trinity Kay! Growing up as the oldest of three younger brothers in Wisconsin, I was no stranger to chaos and excitement. With a heart for travel, I’ve passed through 17 different states and 5 different countries before finally settling in sunny Arizona.

Planning my own wedding in 2022 ignited a passion for every detail of the process, and despite facing some challenges, I’m committed to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for others on their special day.

My love language is acts of service, which is probably why wedding coordination is so fulfilling for me. I excel at creating solid plans and am also quick to adapt and troubleshoot any issues that arise, all while enjoying the chance to serve you! Outside of wedding planning, I stay active through masters swimming, running, hiking and lifting weights — skills that help me manage the physical tasks of setting up your event with ease :) . I also love learning Spanish, reading fantasy books, and sipping on smoothies.
